Wave farm to be built in Portugal

Portugal builds world's first commercial wave farm!  I wonder how many others around the corner... Interestingly the same firm ( Pelamis Wave Power - explained here on the BBC),  is also launching off Scotland having been talked about for quite a while (found a ref here  ; this is what wikipedia has wave power & wave farm).

Won't mention the much depated Severn Estuary Barrage in the UK which is based on tidal energy, but a huge environmental debate is ensuing.
